Festival Season

Hey all,

As the weather starts warming up (which doesn't take much, as we had a nice winter), we find ourselves getting closer to festival season.

The great thing about this is that the Bay Area, and San Jose specifically has such individual (read: sometimes really weird) festivals and a bunch of Art and Wine Festivals.

Most of these festivals have rock bands and singers, etc. I have been discussing this appeal with some of them and they have been receptive to having some magic shows. The dates of these performances will be posted soon.

There is also a Chili Cookoff fundraiser for the San Jose Police Department that I will be performing at. Chili and Magic...does it get any better than that?

I also will be performing a few routines for a cabaret style show in Oakland. Oakland!!! If anyone would consider coming to this and wants to ride with me...there is safety in numbers. haha.

Other than that, I saw the Farewell Performance from Siegfried and Roy

And it is quite well done. Roy is still in pretty bad shape, but it was a good special, and the standing ovation at the end was great.
